RETURN

Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
– Items with obvious signs of use
– Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
– Any item that is returned more than 3 days after delivery


REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, REENLO will send you a message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment.

Refunded money will be deposited to your bank/card/mobile wallet which you used to pay while purchasing. It may take 7–10 working days for the refunded amount to be reflected in your account/card/mobile wallet.


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.


EXCHANGES / REPLACEMENT (IF APPLICABLE)

ওয়ারেন্টি পিরিয়ড [১ বছর] এর মাঝে আপনার লেদার আইটেমের যদি সেলাই, লেদার উঠে আসা, গ্লু/আঠা খুলে আসা পার্টের সমস্যা দেখা দেয়, তাহলে REENLO রিপেয়ার বা রিপ্লেসমেন্ট সুবিধা প্রদান করবে। যদি রিপেয়ার যোগ্য হয়, রিপেয়ার করা হবে; অন্যথায় রিপ্লেসমেন্ট করা হবে।

বেল্টের ক্ষেত্রে ব্রকলেসের কোনো ওয়ারেন্টি নেই; শুধুমাত্র বেল্টের লেদার পার্টের জন্য ওয়ারেন্টি প্রযোজ্য।

এক্সচেঞ্জ শুধুমাত্র প্রোডাক্ট ব্যবহৃত না হলে প্রযোজ্য। রিপ্লেসমেন্ট শর্তসাপেক্ষে হবে।

যেকোনো এক্সচেঞ্জ, রিপেয়ার বা রিপ্লেসমেন্টের ক্ষেত্রে কাস্টোমারকে ডেলিভারি চার্জ বহন করতে হবে। তবে আমাদের ফিজিক্যাল শপ থেকে পিক করলে কোনো ডেলিভারি চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হবে না।


GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.


SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, delivery time for exchanged products may vary.
