1. TERMS OF SERVICE

The following terms and conditions shall govern the sale by reenlo.com and the buyer. By placing orders with us, it is deemed that you have read, understood and agreed to our Terms & Conditions. If you find any subject in the Terms & Conditions not acceptable, please do not enter this website or contact REENLO before placing your order.

2. PRICES

All prices are retail prices and are stated in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka). Prices unless stated do not include: taxes, duties, import fees charged by your local government, service, payment or delivery charges. We retain the right to adjust the prices at any items that are incorrectly priced without prior notice. As customs policies vary by country, we cannot anticipate what these charges will be and therefore REENLO will not be responsible for any taxes, duties, import fees or custom fees levied once the purchased REENLO products reach your country.

4. DELIVERY TIME & CHARGES

Timely delivery is based on the condition that the courier keeps day-to-day delivery schedules. Although rare, REENLO will not be held responsible for delays with the couriers. All delivery estimates are based upon working/business days.

5. STOCK

Rarely some products found on reenlo.com may be currently out of stock. In such cases we will notify you immediately. If you are interested in ordering an ‘Out of Stock’ item please click the button and enter your email and you’ll be automatically informed when the line is back in stock. We reserve the right to cancel a delivery and/or order in the event that the stock quantity and/or price was incorrect at the moment of placing the order. If we are unable to deliver in accordance with the Terms & Conditions of order, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.

6. COLOR OF PRODUCTS & MATERIALS

The colors of products seen on reenlo.com will depend on the monitor from which they are viewed and can vary depending on the monitor. Therefore the color seen on the monitor can vary from the accurate color of the product. Please note that we have tried as accurately as possible to display the colors of the leather, embossing etc. as well as the tactility of all materials used. Please note that all REENLO products are made of natural leather of the highest quality. Leather is a natural product and therefore can vary slightly in color and texture. These variations are natural characteristics and not defects. All leathers are sensitive to rain and moisture; heavy rainfall should be avoided.

7. SIZES

All sizes on any product viewed on reenlo.com are external sizes measured in cm.

8. FORCE MAJEURE

We have the right to assert force majeure in the event of strike, lockout, blockade, war, civil unrest, government sanctions, natural disasters or similar events. In such cases, the agreement may be partially or fully suspended. We will attempt to notify you if such a situation occurs.

9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

All products purchased from reenlo.com have an on-spot return opportunity at the time of delivery. If you are unsatisfied, return the product in original condition and packaging. Refunds will be processed only after the returned item is received and approved by REENLO.

10. RIGHT TO COMPLAINT

REENLO provides a 30-day right to complaint covering manufacturing and material defects under normal use. This does not cover damage caused by misuse, poor maintenance, wear and tear, or unauthorized repairs. Complaints must be reported within 30 days of receipt. Approved complaints may result in repair, exchange, or refund.

REENLO takes your privacy seriously and follows industry-standard security practices. Payment information is protected using SSL encryption. We may update this privacy policy from time to time, and changes will be effective upon posting on the website. If REENLO is merged or acquired, customer information may be transferred to the new entity.
